Polish Travel Quo Vadis Ltd.(PTQV) is an Operator of the Reservation System on www.aironline.pl is, with headquarters in Warsaw, postal code 00-138,2 Ptasia Street, registered in the Entrepreneurship Register conducted by The District Court for the Warsaw capital city,9th Economic Department of National Court Register under KRS number 0000148731, NIP 526-021-13-86. Operator is an accredited IATA agent nr 63 2 1003 3.

Customer Service takes place:

  • via Reservation System available on www.aironline.pl 24 hours a day/7 days a week/ 365 days a year

The condition of using this Reservation System available on the internet travel server www.aironline.pl is accepting all the terms and conditions given below.If you do not accept fully the conditions, further using of the Reservation System websites is not possible.

1. DEFINITIONS

Reservation System - a software which enables an User of a computer connected to theInternet to search domestic and international air flights for chosen cities and calculate prices for these flights and purchase an air ticket. User - that is every person who uses the Reservation System, interchangeable can be called as Client or Receiver.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Reservation System is available to the Users and the service is provided by the Operator.
  2. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the service available through the Reservation System
  3. Before using any of these services, please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing any areas of this Site, Users agree to be legally bound without limitations, qualification, or change and to abide by these terms and conditions, which will constitute our Agreement.

3. USER'S OBLIGATIONS

  1. User is eligible to use this Site according to the law and financially responsible for using the Reservation System when accepting the terms and conditions.
  2. User may only use this site to make reservations, purchases or requests to purchase the products or services offered according to the law avoiding any activities towards unnecessary claims.
  3. User is not permitted to make reservations with a false name or with an invalid method of payment using false or other person's credit card.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Site and all content and services provided on our Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Operator makes no warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that:

  1. Our Website will meet your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis;
  2. the content will be up-to-date, complete, comprehensive, accurate or applicable to your circumstances;
  3. the results that may be obtained from the use of Our Website or any services offered through the site will be accurate or reliable; or
  4. the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the site will meet your expectations.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Operator respects fully User's privacy rights and does not share or sell User's personal information to the Third Parties.
  2. In case of using the Reservation System offered on the website www.aironline.pl Users are asked to give personal information needed for making reservation and issuing ticket process. Due to the character of the service, which is requesting and purchasing air tickets, information including name, gender and age in case of children, youth and senior is directly transferred to airlines' reservation system which operate on chosen flights by the User.
  3. Sending requests for reservation and purchasing the air ticket User gives true information about himself. This information is stored in Operator's database and serve solely to analyze Client's orders and demands.
  4. Operator tries its best to give User of the Reservation System access to the latest products, services, promotions and fares offered on the website www.aironline.pl
  5. Operator reserves rights to inform Users about any promotions available no www.aironline.pl
  6. Agreeing on these terms and conditions, User confirms the given information is true and according to the 23 article in the bill of personal information protection from 29.08.1997 agrees to store and use the information in the Reservation System database. Users have right to data on file and edit the given information.

6. RESERVATIONS, TICKET PURCHASE, FORMS OF PAYMENT AND TICKET DELIVERY

  1. Making reservation as well as cancellation (before issuing the ticket) are not followed by financial consequences.
  2. Required travel documents:In the moment of making reservation, User is obliged to possess required travel documents, for instance: passport or visa. Operator is not obliged to give information on the required documents. Users can obtain information for visa and passport requirements of a given country using the information service www.aironline.pl or receive directly in embassies.
  3. Reservation requestUser sends a reservation request choosing one of the offered options by the Reservation System or by entering required information on personal questionnaire. More details on further stages of reservation request are available in file HELP on www.aironline.pl
  4. Confirmation requests and pricesUser receives by email the request confirmation which includes reservation number, flight information, gross price and form of payment. Ticket price is in Polish currency - PLN and separately calculated for given flight. Ticket price contains of: net tariff and taxes imposed by airlines in US Dollars, this price may be subject to minor changes depending on daily USD exchange rate and solely on late payment agreed earlier with Operator.
  5. Ticket purchase
    1. User may purchase the ticket on condition of giving real personal information to the Reservation System. Before purchasing the ticket, User is obliged to read the terms and conditions, accept and read the tariff conditions of ticket of given air flight.
    2. Understanding conditions of given tariff will help User make the best decision of the most attractive prices of flights, also will minimize cost of ticket cancellation.
    3. In order to have the lowest prices for majority of European flights, User should make reservation and purchase ticket at least 2 weeks before the departure. The closer the departure date, the more expensive the tickets.
    4. The lowest prices are available tickets with 'Sunday Rule' which means the return is possible at the earliest Sunday after the departure.
    5. If the ticket price differs greatly from the expected, this means there are no more availability in the cheapest reservation economic class. Please check departure and return dates in closest dates or contact out Customer Service Center +48 22 322 85 95.
    6. Prices of flights outside Europe are differentiated depending on seasons. Each airline determines season dates. In general, season when tickets are cheaper is between 1st October to 31st March
      • high season is between 1st April to 14th June
      • highest season is between 15 June to 30 September and during Christmas, Easter and New Year.
    7. Information of specific tariff can be obtained from Customer Service Center +48 22 322 85 95.
    8. Guarantee of cheapest tickets does not include group prices, corporate prices for firms with which Operator did not sign a contract, waiting list which was made before having better offer, price and connections searched via the Internet without consultancy with Customer Service Center, all the promotions not available in the worldwide reservation system of airlines, agent tickets, rewarded or currency differences.
    9. After receiving the reservation request, Operator may contact the Client to verify his personal information and confirm the offer.
  6. Ticket fees

    Ticket price consists of 3 elements:

    • flight fare
    • airport fees and taxes
    • service fee

    Service fee (issuing ticket - transaction fee) using the Reservation System on www.aironline.pl

    • intercontinental flights 60 PLN
    • European flights 60 PLN
    • Domestic flights 30 PLN
  7. Cancellation

    Operator does not hold responsibility for changes and cancellation made by airlines in the System User's reservations. Information of existing changes in User's reservation will be sent by Operator's consultant to the given email address or telephone to the given number.

  8. Ticket refund
  9. Client has a right to full refund the ticket purchased on www.aironline.pl under the condition that the refund is made before the departure date and if the tariff is applicable. Ticket refund fee will be charged as a service fee and depending on the tariff (refund fee is given by airline in tariff conditions and may be up to 50% of the ticket fare)Cancellation fee in the lowest tariffs is 50%, but there are also non-refundable tickets.
    Warning! Chosen promotion tariffs do not permit any changes and refund before the departure (flight cancellation means losing the paid amount for the ticket). We advise you to pay attention to tariff conditions before purchasing the ticket.Refunded 'paper' ticket should be sent to Operator's address: Polish Travel Quo Vadis Sp. z o.o. 00-138 Warsaw, ul. Ptasia 2. The Client covers postal fee. We recommend you send the ticket by registered post or courier. Refunded 'electronic' ticket (with notes 'refund ticket') should be sent directly to e-mail address biletylot@polishtravel.com.pl. Depends on the form of payment the amount will be transferred directly to the User's bank account or the credit card not longer than 30 days after receiving the ticket by Operator.
  10. Promotion tariffs ' limitation liability
  11. Some promotion tariffs available in Reservation System www.aironline.pl have strict conditions of making reservation and issuing tickets. This includes especially tariffs like PEX and APEX which have to be reserved and issued at least 7 (for PEX) and 14 (for APEX) days before the departure. Not following this condition may result in ticket price change. Operator reserves its rights to cancel User's reservation which is made exactly 7 or 14 days before the departure due to User's violation of tariff conditions.   12. Form of payments
  13. There are 3 accepted forms of payments for tickets purchased on www.aironline.pl

    • bank transfer
    • credit card
    • cash in the firm's office or during the delivery by our courier

    Choice of preferred form of payment is made by User in the personal questionnaire of the Reservation System choosing [FORM OF PAYMENT], 'credit card, 'bank transfer' or 'cash'.

    SWIFT BIGBPLPW

    In the transfer title please write passenger's name and reservation number. The moment of payment is determined when the amount is booked on Operator's bank account. Operator is not responsible for reservation cancellation due to lack of payment in required day.

    CREDIT CARD

    Purchase involving giving credit card information is secure. Information of the credit card after the purchase is encrypted. Choosing the form of payment 'credit card', User is obliged to fill in the personal questionnaire of the Reservation System appropriate fields such as: card type, card number and valid through. After making the reservation, the credit card is automatically authorized by the Reservation System in the system of 'order by phone' by Operator and charged the amount. Warning! Giving false information of the card (for instance: false card number) will cause reservation rejection by the Reservation System. Using other person's credit card as a form of payment for air tickets purchased on www.aironline.pl is a crime and will be reported by Operator to appropriate legal boards. In case of credit card payment which is not property of any passengers, the card owner is obliged to send his card photocopies (both sides), photocopy of his personal ID and written permit to the Customer Service Center. Accepted cards: VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, Diner Club, American Express.

    CASH

    We welcome you in our Customer Service Center in Warsaw at 2 Ptasia Street in working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00. Cash can be also given to our delivery service (Warsaw and region)

  14. DELIVERY AIR TICKETS
    1. Operator deliver air tickets ordered via the internet portal www.aironline.pl within 2 working days throughout the country.Purchased air 'paper' tickets are delivered to the Client to the address given in the personal questionnaire as the delivery address.Tickets delivered in Warsaw and its region are free of charge. Client covers the postal cost for tickets delivered outside Warsaw, around 25PLN. Passenger may get the ticket in person in Customer Service Center, in some cases at the international airport Fryderyk Chopin in Warsaw. Air 'electronic' tickets are delivered via e-mail to the address given by the Client or to the number given by fax. On Client's special order, electronic tickets in printed form can be delivered to the given address on the conditions as the paper tickets.
    2. To secure the transaction the courier is obliged to confirm the personal information in the ID of the Receiver with the Client's information on the ticket (this information is taken from the personal questionnaire of the Reservation System)
    3. The ticket Receiver can be the person who purchased the ticket or the person who will travel. In case of credit card payment ticket Receiver can be only the person who made the reservation and paid for the ticket.

7. COMPLAINTS

Complaints of made reservations or ticket purchases can be reported within 7 days of receiving the ticket in a written form in Customer Service Center in Warsaw 00-138 Ptasia 2 Street or by e-mail to the address biletylot@polishtravel.com.pl. Operator will inform the Client about the complaint and its hearing within 3 days of receiving the complaint.

8. FINAL CONDITIONS

1. Operator will try its best to guarantee the personal information protection so that using the System is most secure for Users. 2. Operator reserves rights to cancel User's reservation and terminate contracts without giving reasons. 3. Operator reserves rights to one-sided changes in the Terms and Conditions. Every Client is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before making reservations and obliged to follow the Terms and Conditions at the moment of making reservation and purchasing ticket. 4. In outstanding matters, rules of civil law and rules of Bill from 2 March 2000 for consumer's rights protection and responsibilities for damage arisen out of dangerous products are applicable for this Agreement (Dz.U.00. nr 22 poz.2).
